MACH 1 Dryer System

When waterborne paints began being introduced our firm quickly realized that there was a huge need for a great waterborne dryer that did not consume shop air. At Mach 1 systems we set out to develop the most innovative dryings system ever created. What we came up with was a combination of tried and true drying systems never before used in the spray booth environment. Amato’s Auto Body, Inc. was the testing ground for nearly a year while perfecting our system. Paul Amato put our system to the test and made suggestions as to how it could be improved.  Within one month of benefitting from the MACH 1 Dryer, Paul had us outfit all of his spray booths with our system. As Paul puts it “This drying system makes all others look like a toy!” The MACH 1 uses innovative water cooling on the blower head to prolong bearing life and minimize maintenance. For over 25 years, this same technology has been used by Pepsi-Cola, Snapple, Coke and the Pharmacuetical Indusrty to dry other finishes with great success. We have taken this same proven system capable of applying pure air that won’t contaminate the finish and adapted it for use in our patent pending “MACH 1 Dryer”.
